Throughout our lives we collect scars through tough experiences or traumas. My hope is for you to understand that it’s okay to struggle, and it’s okay to have support and guidance. I pride myself in creating a safe and comfortable space for my clients, because comfort is part of the healing process and moving forward.  I provide support with empowering individuals to overcome their struggles and I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships that consist of trust, transparency, and empathy.  

I have experience in working with children and adults on a diverse set of issues. I specialize in trauma, severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, identity issues, substance use, co-occurring disorders, and LGBTQ issues.  

We all have personal struggles that we dream of overcoming. Life is a journey for us all, but I am here to help you navigate it.
